This program equips childcare providers with the tools and strategies needed to build sustainable businesses while maintaining high-quality care. Participants will learn:

  • Business Planning: Create actionable and sustainable plans to guide long-term success
  • Financial Management: Develop budgets, improve bookkeeping practices, and navigate grant funding processes
  • Marketing & Client Relations: Build a strong brand, enhance online presence, and foster trust with families
  • Workplace Optimization: Address staffing challenges, prevent burnout, and integrate cost-effective technologies
  • Sustainability and Growth: Learn strategies to build partnerships and scale operations

Available in Two Tracks

In-Person on Saturdays: May 24, 31 & June 7, 9 AM - 3 PM at UCSB
Online on Wednesdays: May 14 - June 18, 6 PM - 8:30 PM
