With courses developed in conjunction with the Ernest Brooks Foundation, and in collaboration with UCSB Professional and Continuing Education, Brooks at UCSB is proud to bring the next generation of photography education to the community for the first time.

About Brooks

Join award-winning photographers and former faculty members of the Brooks Institute of Photography, as well as special guest instructors, as they guide you through the curriculum with a hands-on approach. This distinguished group of educators is part of a 70-year tradition of excellence in photography, video, and digital arts.

Our faculty is committed to student success with proven teaching methods that include lecture, demonstration, collaboration, and inspiring challenges. From the first day of classes, students learn by doing, enhancing their technical skills and creative abilities.
